As we decided playing on Tuesday morning, the rains lashed the city of Mumbai outside. But we were sooo busy that we didnt really notice till about after noon and then the place was flooded.
The biggest problem was that the lil one was at school in a neighbourhood that wasboth close to the seas and lowlying. So by the time he left school and headed for home, the roads were under water.
And then 4 hours after he was stuck on the road, we decided to move out. Spent the rest of the evening and all night wading in knee-deep, waist deep and then Ash into chest deep water, and I'm not exagerrating here.
Thankfully we did find Junior safe after 14 hours, mentally traumatised but physically fine. However the ordeal put both of us under a lot of strain and it shows on our health. The only reason this blogs going to go slow for a while is our bad health.
