A father was in court Friday and ordered to give up his child after prosecutors say he made women walk around in dog collars and leashes.
Prosecutors say Chico Dyke is an abusive and violent man. He refused to turn over his daughter despite threats of jail time and fines.
"Can we turn that child over to the state?" Judge Peter Sakai asked Dyke in court.
"No sir," Dyke replied. "Number one: I don't know where she's at and if I did I still wouldn't do it because it would kill her mother."
Dyke is a father of five and refused to turn over his 18-month-old daughter to Child Protective Services after allegations arose about his lifestyle and child abuse.
News 4 WOAI obtained a copy of the affidavit. Court records show that the parents would run around the house nude and the children are in a filthy state.
Dyke is also known to have sadomasochism practices and he is known to be violent and abusive, court records state.
The affidavit also states Dyke forced to leave a grocery store because he was dragging two women around the store on dog leashes.
Dyke downplays the allegations.
"Yes, I've been in the company of a female with a collar on," Dyke said,"but she had the leash laid up on her shoulder basically."
"In this lifestyle, she is saying she's looking for a master," Dyke said.
As for his daughter, Dyke claims he gave his wife $250 to leave town with the child, and says he not worried about what could happen next.
"I need a vacation," Dyke said. "I work 7 days a week, 365 days a year and I haven't had a vacation in years."
"I'll just sit in jail with my reading glasses, read books and eat," Dyke said.
Dyke has been ordered to return to court next month.
Meanwhile, CPS said it has filed a missing person report and is actively searching for the child

The markings may change and move as they fade, and more mehendi can be applied.
Mehendi can be applied using tubes of mehendi henna sold for the purpose, or with a home-made mix. You can draw with nozzles, or use fleixible soft plastic stencils which adhere to the body. Coloured paste of a Mehendi style is available, but there is controversy about its safety.
It is possible to make Mehendi tattoos using wax to make the pattern of skin which will be clear of the henna. If you use this method, please don't use beeswax, it is too hot for skin.
It is also possible to use tape to make the pattern of unmarked skin. If you use the tape method, an allergy spot test is in order, I know many people allergic to surgical tape/bandaid adhesive and the angry red welts that such allergy can leave may last for weeks.
The paste should be left on as long as possible before being scraped off, at least two hours (6 times that if you can for darker longer lasting marks). I find it is vital to use gloves when handling it/applying it, as you can end up with undignified stained fingers. (Yet another use for latex gloves).
Be aware that it cannot be removed straight away, and may take a long time to fade. I have heard of it lasting over a month, though my own experience has indicated a week to two weeks (except my unsual feet, on which henna lasts day or two at most). Be careful of areas which can cause less-than-erotic trouble for a submissive. Writing slave on your submissives forhead may be fun while on he is on holidays, but will not seem like such a good idea if a month later he loses his employment or clients over it!!

Darn,
It's been ages since I've actually logged on to post.. just been busy with other stuff. But here I am again. It's a good thing that K has been here regularly off late.
